Equipped with their bold witty ads and the product to back it up, Skate-Banana has taken the mountains by storm. Their secret is the way they vary each ad to appeal to multiple demographics. They use humor to attract young buyers and have the revolutionary technology to back it up. In this first ad they keep it simple. Their famous catch phrase at the top gets a chuckle from the younger kids while showing how they inverted  a conventional snowboard to put the pressure in the middle "rocker" rather than at the bindings. Any knowledgable rider who saw this ad would be enticed to at least go take a look at one.

The second ad features their sponsored pro rider Travis rice doing the mountain dirty. The phrase "Innovations Even We Don't Understand!" makes riders think they might also be able to achieve a carve like that. Lib-Tech also uses vibrant colors and beautiful sketches to cover their boards making each one a work of art. All together Lib-Tech snowboards uses a mixture of humorous catch phrases, previews of their new technology, and unique art to create an ad experience that persuades potential buyers by creating the idea that you just can't ride as good without a "banana between your legs".
